For convenience and security, we recommend utilizing eStatements, which are provided for free. If you prefer a paper statement, we can provide one for a $3 fee.1 There is also a charge for reordering checks. The amount varies depending on what kind and many checks are ordered.

1Gold Club Checking offers free paper statements upon request and free checks. 

Account owners and beneficiaries may not be changed after an account is opened. Unless the joint owner has passed, the account will need to be closed, and a new account opened.

Our mobile app allows you to view account balances, transfer money, pay bills, and manage your accounts. To receive e-statements, log into online banking and select eDocs. Then, select the accounts you would like to receive e-statements for, read through the terms and conditions, and save your changes. 

Online banking makes it easy to transfer money between your accounts or to another bank. Under the Accounts tab, select Transfers and choose the account you’d like to transfer from and the account you’d like to transfer to. Choose the frequency and the transfer date and then submit. 

Yes, our Account Transfer tool allows you to schedule recurring transfers, and you can schedule automatic recurring payments with the Bill Pay feature.

You can find your e-statements in online banking or on our mobile app. Note that e-statements are only available from the date you sign up to receive e-statements.

Yes, our mobile app allows you to use your phone’s camera to take a picture of your check (front and back) so that you can instantly deposit it into your account.

You can visit any Wellworth branch for an instant issue debit card, or you may request a new card via phone or online banking, and the new card will be mailed to you.

If your debit card is lost or stolen, you’ll want to report it right away. To report a lost or stolen debit card after hours please call 1-800-264-5578, and they will be happy to assist you.

Our debit card carries a purchase limit of $1,500 and also allows you to have quick access to cash at one of our convenient ATM Locations.

Our debit card has a daily ATM limit of $500.

You may temporarily increase your debit card limits by visiting a local branch or calling a customer service representative. 

Yes, you can use your debit card while traveling internationally. Please contact the bank before your trip to put a travel notice on your card.

You should report unauthorized debit transactions right away. Start a chat in online banking, call customer service, or stop by a branch.

Yes, you can use the Card Management feature of our online and mobile banking platforms to disable or lock your card. 

First, contact the merchant of the charge you are disputing. Once the charge is fully posted and no longer pending, you can call customer service or stop by your neighborhood branch to file a dispute and receive a new card.
